Bleeding during first trimester?

I just found out I’m pregnant 3 days ago and now im bleeding:(( I wasn’t super worried but it’s been going on all day and I just passed some very small blood clots.

Has anyone else had this happen and everything still be okay?? I was so excited to be pregnant im really hoping nothing is wrong

update: I took a test today and it came back negative, not even a faint line. I am so disappointed but I know everything happens for a reason and am trying to stay positive. I appreciate everyone who responded.
