Sneak peek test?

Has anyone used the Sneak Peek test around 7 weeks and it was correct?

My symptoms are so bad and I want to try it so that I have something positive to focus on, but I’ve heard that it isn’t the most reliable. If I waited until like 8 weeks, would that help with accuracy? Currently 6wks4days.
