chest pains

does anyone else have chest pains/upper back pain during the last few weeks of their pregnancy? im 35 weeks and im getting so much pressure inside my chest and my upper back and it hurts when i lay down and kind of hurts to breathe and idk if its just baby or if smth is wrong 😭 i went to Labour and Delivery last night and they werent too concerned and my ob appointment is the week after next and i just dk what to do 💔 idk if its just gas pains !
