I am so embarrassed

Woke up, took my child to school, came home, showered, cleaned, got dressed and began my way to my doctors appointment. I get to the office, wait in check in line. The front desk woman tells me the appointment is tomorrow.

I’m standing there embarrassed as seating is near by and everyone can hear this lmao. I, in my very round stage, apologize profusely and waddle on out. Sink into my car and share a small cry.

To preface, I get less than, what feels like, three hours of sleep a day. I have to be awake at 2 am to get to work on time because the commute is hell, then I don’t get to go to sleep because of said commute until at least 9 pm at the earliest. Between my schedule, work stress, life stress and peeing every 30 minutes at night.. I was so sleep deprived that I didn’t know what today even was.
