Subchorionic hematoma? Or miscarriage?

I have had a stressful few days. I noticed a dark blood stain on my underwear yesterday afternoon. Not enough to soak through but it was alarming. I’ve been wearing a panty liner ever since and nothing has soaked through just a little dry, dark blood. I don’t seem to be dripping blood but when I wipe there is dark red blood with some stringy looking clots here and there. I have very mild cramping on and off. I’m 7+4 today. I could not get ahold of my family doctor or OB. However, I do have a pre scheduled ultrasound for Monday. It feels like forever away feeling the way I do. I’ve had 2 early miscarriages in the last 6 months. Anyone willing to share their experiences? I wish I knew how to post a picture. TIA.
