What are my chances - Be honest

Hello all!

I've applied to Ottawa med in my third year and I'm just curious what are my chances and if I have a shot.

I do understand the average accepted Gpa is roughly 3.94/4.0 however I'm sitting around a 3.91-3.92.

I've been a varsity athlete since year 1 and now I'm also a research assistant.

I have also been a part of chairing an international model UN conference during my second year

Also, a question:

Will Ottawa med applications only look at my first- and second-year grades? or will they wait until my first semester third year?
