I'm looking for a method of re-downloading everything IN the timeline with ~5 seconds trimmed before and after it shows up in the timeline.

SOLVED: I make edits on shows, so I download the whole show. However I only want the parts that actually use (plus 5 seconds trimmed before and after, in case I want to go back and edit around it). This is so after I've uploaded my video I can delete the show while still having a backup of the scenes I need in order to remake a video if need be. I assume there's not a magical plugin to do everything I need for me, but if anyone knows any methods they follow, I'd love to be more efficient (in saving storage).
