Latvian Express / 17Track Nightmare...

Hi All,

I was wondering what everyone's experience has been with Printful's courier services for EU/UK/AUS orders... I have had nothing but trouble with them with terrible shipping updates and even worse "delay times".

I have spoken to Printful support many times and have had to request refunds on orders as it was just getting too ridiculous. Not sure where to go from here, I run an Etsy store, and having 1-star ratings is a death sentence for me and I am really debating whether I should just stop selling to EU customers altogether.

Printful support tells me to reach out to support at these couriers for help – I wasn't surprised to find NO SUPPORT whatsoever from these shipping companies.

To Printful: Fix your EU courier services because it's letting me down HARD – I am sure that I am not alone on this one...
