If Publix was in the Avatar World, what Departments would the Benders be?

I know this is random but me and my cousin who works in Grocery just started watching the Avatar and we walked about what Benders would be in any of the Departments. We both think Water Tribe should be in Seafood, Deli Fire Nation, Grocery Air Nomads, and Bakery Earth Kingdom
