A punjabi Sitcom

Hi I am an aspiring writer/comedian from the Toronto area. I grew up in the Malwa region of Punjab and moved to Canada when I was 14. I am very fond of different dialects of Punjabi. My goal right now is to create a sitcom in Punjabi inspired by Seinfeld. It revolves around the lives of these young Punjabi adults living in Brampton who are all renting the same house together. Any thoughts, suggestions, ideas, recommendations are welcome.
