Switchblades(?) Anyone think about, or actually, carry them?

Despite it being against the law in many states, unless you have a CCL (I live in FL). There are some places in the USA where I wouldn't dare dress like a punk, especially in this climate recently. What are your thoughts on protection?

And, I hate guns btw, they seem to cause more problems than not when carrying. Plus they're uncomfortable and it can get quite annoying.

Edit: I'm only asking on here for many reasons, but yes, also as an old school style choice and to talk about protests and other issues that may cause reason to have protection of any kind...
