hi new here.. need help to watch football

reached qatar on the 18th and living in rent near musherieb. applied for rp so will be here long time with work and family. now i want to know my options (streaming only any device) to watch ucl la liga epl bundesliga etc. i found bein tv satellite to be one option. bein tv box. ooredoo wifi home plans and many more which are expensive. cheap options are there like bein connect and tod.tv out of which tod.tv seems ok for 10 usd a month but for only mobile or tablet. any help as to if im missing out on any option? thanks guys :) i want to start with the most basic plan and later on move on to tv etc if it suits me but cannot miss out on ucl. ps: im from india and i do not want to go through vpn drama. willing to pay so yes.
