Got Scammed with reserving a Camp “Keshta”.

Hello everyone, im just typing here so no one falls for this scam the way i stupidly did. I got scammed for 1500 QR. I was looking for a camp “Keshta” to rent so i can have some time with family.

I was looking online and found some on tik tok with good prices “thats how they seduce you”, since its my first time ever trying to rent, i have contacted them and put a reservation, so they asked me to send 500 QR for the reservation and 1000 for insurance, so yep i did send the money since its a Qatari bank so i didnt think much of it, after that they stopped answering me and today they blocked me. I have contacted my bank in order to stop the transaction, idk if it will work but they told me to wait till sunday bc of new year holiday, but that will be a lesson to be learned.

Moral of the story do not pay someone for any service until you get that service. Don’t be dumb like me.
