how many fps can a 7900xt run?

in the market for a new monitor after I just upgraded my rig with a 7900xt and a 13700k. my main spec I'm looking at is refresh rate and I want something better than my current 1080p 144hz one. preferably 1440p. possibly 4k, and I'm wanting to know how much my pc can actually drive before i get the new ASUS 540hz monitor when I cant even use all 540hz of the darn thing.
