My experience so far switching from Nextjs
After 3+ years developing in the React ecosystem, using Nextjs to build my start up -- I ran into the issue that I had a lot of files for one single project. One week without coding in it and I was already lost. I had to spend almost one entire day trying to figure out stuff. As for every project, my main focus is the project succeeds and then worry about coding minor issues (shipping an MVP).
I have about 2 months in and i already feel the power Rails it brings. I can testify coming from the React world -- that I cannot understand why aren't people starting to use and teach Rails instead they learn react, next, solidjs, and so on... and when you tell them that you are now developing in Rails they laugh -- that is a dead technology they say.
End of line, i am amazed by how easy it is to grow a business worrying more on the important part: "Making it work and growing clients" and not if you are using X, Y and Z on your stack.
