How to reason with their gaslighting tactics? Need help

When you express a feeling about something they do, and they make it about them or they dismiss them as being too sensitive or an overreaction, and you say “but these are my feelings about it” and then come back with “yeah and these are my feelings about it too”. How do you respond do that lol???
