Why Does Modern Music Sexualize Women So Much?

I’ve been watching some of the latest music videos since my daughter likes them, and I’ve noticed something that bothers me. A lot of the popular songs, especially in hip hop, sexualize women a lot, and it seems like white blonde women are shown this way a lot. Why is this happening? It just feels wrong to me, and I wanted to ask why this is so common in today’s music.
