Blade starts pressing/spamming - or = randomly

My laptop suddenly sometimes starts pressing the key '-' or '='. However it does not seem to be a stuck key. Like i can disable the keyboard of laptop and it still does it. I always have to restart windows and then its gone, anyone know what this is by any chance?
