Moto Razr (2020) screens freeze when volume button is pressed

Just as the title says. My phone is still functional and works like normal, but now when I press the volume button (either direction) the screen freezes and doesn't respond to my touch. The only fix I have is to power reset, but I have to do it TWICE in order for it to work again. Also, my vibration doesn't work despite all the UI options set for it to be on.
