Can we build IOS apps using react native on non-apple hardware

I have a dell laptop, moderate specs. I want to pursue my career in react native development. I have Linux installed on it. Is there anyway to test react native apps on IOS without me buying a macbook or apple hardware. I am student right now and don't have funds even to buy a used apple device.
