Autoimmune progesterone dermatitis

Me again! I’ve been trying to do a lot of research so that I can advocate for myself as the lack of knowledge and support around certain issues is apparently here in the UK.

I just wanted to come on and ask if anyone has been diagnosed or suspects they have APD. Little bit of a back story, I have had 3 RPL, recent POC testing came back as absolutely normal, blood work too. Pregnancies have stopped developing early stage so GP suspects hormonal, although hormonal bloods confirm everything is ok.

Since my first miscarriage I started to get a rash across my chest and back during early pregnancy. This has since been an early indicator of me miscarrying, like an attack or immune response as such. The rash also shows during the luteal phase of my menstrual when my progesterone levels are at there peak.

Has anyone experienced similar? Has anyone had successful treatment or can give me any advice at all regarding this! Feel like I’m at a loss as apparently his is rare!

I will attach todays photos which are day one, it typically seems to get worse, then symptoms alleviate after my period.
