Is Bill gay?

It seems to be agreed on by the community that Bill is gay, i personally never really thought about the sexuality of the gang members but apparently theres something really obvious i missed about Bill. Does he have a boyfriend or how does everyone know this? I don't mean to be insensitive or something I'm just confused
