Trump Freezing Federal Aid

I know we're supposed to like this guy because he's catty but releasing a super vague, poorly worded executive order stopping all federal aid that goes into effect less than 24 hours after it's announced is lame. He gave no one time to prepare when it will amount to the loss of tens of thousands of jobs.

This guy sucks. That's not fun. That's hurting people in an intentionally cruel way.
