How much folic acid are taking with your methotrexate?

How much methotrexate do you take? Oral or injection?

Do you take any other drugs with it? Or are you on MTX monotherapy?

Do all of you take folic acid supplements with your methotrexate? If so, how did you find your optimal dosage of folic acid for your dose of methotrexate?
