Best time to post chapters?

Hi everyone! So, I've been experimenting with posting times, and I just can't get a handle of it. I live in a GMT+4 timezone, and I realised that when I post at 12:00, it is a literal buttcrack of dawn in Europe, and a middle of the night in US. Therefore, I was experimenting with release times, settling on 12:00 UTC, which would be a nicer time - a middle of the day at EU and morning at US, but the views dropped off real quick. Is posting at peak activity really that bad?

Last few chapters. A sudden dip in views.

Statistics. Views peaked at 650 on second chapter

With my first chapter released in the middle of October reaching 600 views (128 avg), seeing 10 views the next day is a bit depressing...
Do you have any advice on the matter? I can't post faster than two times a week, since my writing isn't that fast.

Shameless self-promotion: A fantasy (Non-litrpg) novel with magic progression.
Sirius lived a peaceful life under his mentor in a forest near Rivervale, when the assassins attacked his home. With nothing he could do, he runs into the village to seek help from his master's friend. Unknowingly, his talent becomes his curse, painting a target on his back. How can one persevere, when the knowledge is hidden from common folk? The question should be: what one is willing to pay.
