Character voice keeps changing

Since the update this week, any time I switch between logging in on PC and logging in on mobile, my character's voice switches between feminine and masculine (whichever one it wasn't set to on the other platform- I've checked it both ways). I only PVM on mobile anymore so I'm frequently switching between the two. I hope this can be investigated soon.
