At this point, how can Jagex impress you?
A common sentiment on the Mining & Smithing expansion was that it was underwhelming, "it just added ten new ores and a useless armor set"
My children of Saradomin, you are playing the Clicking on Things Video Game. How bothered can you be that Jagex is giving you more things to click on? What do you actually want out of this experience?
Given the immutable constraints of the game (0.6s tick system, world grid, etc), what could Jagex actually do with the game that would impress you? Is there a mechanic, an environment, a skill interaction or whatever that would really make you think "Woah, this game's still got it after 25 years"
As an example, I once thought RS3 had potential in the idea of building an RTS system into peripheral elements of the game, such as quests (I don't think it'd be great as a core mechanic)
But I just finished Battle for the Monolith, so that idea is out. I am interested in if anyone else has any bright ideas
