Roadmap and ticketing system
I’m looking for some ideas and methods that other companies have used for managing internal tickets as well as future development requests.
We are moving from being just a one person admin team to having three or four admin‘s as we have just launched a massive project moving the entire manufacturing and accounting groups onto the Salesforce platform. I think we’ve outgrown the email request system of just emailing to individual people with requests for stuff and we need to come up with a better solution. I’m looking for what other people have implemented in terms of software solutions for tracking new bugs feature request as well as internal roadmaps.
