How are Jews so successful when they’ve been persecuted for thousands of years?

I don’t understand how a small population of people have been so successful throughout history when there’s so much antisemitism in nearly every country they lived in. Most Christian countries blamed the Jews for killing Jesus and in Islamic countries Jews were 2nd class citizens paying the jizya. Constantly harassed and even killed. Yet they’re successful wherever they live. There are only 15 million Jews, they don’t convert like Islam or Christianity, yet even today theyre successful. Is it because of their high average iqs?
