Calling out do to weather?

I work at Sam’s club in TBC and I know some of the guys are gonna call in on Tuesday do to the weather if not all of them and probably some of the inside associates too. If I call in and don’t use my PPTO will I be pointed even if the weather is bad and roads are unsafe to drive?
