Masonic Target

What a HORRIBLE customer experience. I’ve been shopping at this Target for a few years. It’s never been a perfect experience but I felt like I was usually able to get what I needed reasonable quickly as long as I didn’t go at a super busy time. But god damn over the last few months it has gotten just awful. They removed the self checkout and now there are long waits for checkout every time. They’ve also locked up more and more products, and when you buzz for assistance it takes forever for someone to come (I’ve learned to just go flag down an associate)
