This Years Lottery Is Broken

I bought tickets last year and enjoyed the show with my family. I got picked again this year and they make you upload your ID and take a picture of your face and I did that all and it said my face matched and then the screen updated and said it was denied and I'm not allowed to buy tickets.

What a horrible experience having to provide personal information like my ID and then being blocked. There was no funny business going on.

Very bad expierence here after having an amazing time last year.
