Trying to build my foundation in my second year

I am currently in the middle of my second year of being a school counselor. I am doing much better than I was last year and I am extremely happy with that. However, I still see myself struggling a lot with the aspects of the position. I feel like there is just always so much to do and you have to always remember big and little things. Does anyone have advice to maintain this career? Any advice on how to build that foundation for yourself and your practice? Thank you in advance!
