I don't understand US people

Connected to the trump / Greenland (& Canada) controversy going on. Remove if it doesn't apply to this sub.

If you compare USA to Europe there is no viable reason why Greenland (or any other country) would want to join the US. In every way a regular person would not want to join the US, regular people would have it worse when it comes to their rights, their healthcare as well as the possibility for their persons, and when it comes to the countries in question, economically. The US have shown they don't care about the general population by regulating and restriticing rights and justice for the majority of the population, but letting the "hard earning" rich people do whatever they want. It is a disgrace to everyone. So you can choose a country where a few people own everyone or a country where people get the right and needs met, I wonder what you choose (if you are not one of the people in the ruler class). I know what I would choose.
