Are there any online formatting tools?

I Googled and messed with Word for an hour and I didn't find anything useful, just lots of AI spam.

After changing font sizes and the like for the submissions, everything is misaligned. I am doing it manually now but looking for a better way.

Example of what I mean :

"We shall see." A ring of pristine incandescence forms around my fingers. I concentrate my will and the circle of white light expands outwards to envelop her. Her eyes narrow in

concentration but here in our place of power, mine is the stronger. Her eyes widen in shock as she feels the thoughts lifted from her mind into my own.

The whole document is like that now :(
