Puppy blues

I got my girl 3 days ago and she is 11 weeks today. She is so sweet and fast learning but I’m definitely struggling. My POTS is flaring and I’m definitely PMSing so it’s not helping. I know that she will be a huge aid to me once she is trained but I’m definitely struggling with this puppy part. What do or did y’all do for puppy blues with your owner trained puppy’s?
