DPT training—what commands did you use?

Today she was laying on me because she just does that sometimes and I wanted to give her a treat and start more heavily reinforcing it, because it helps me sleep, and it weirdly fixes some of my pain (temporarily). It was always in the plan to train her to do it on purpose. But I froze: what the heck word do I use?

The first word that came to mind was “lay” but I tell her to do that plenty of other situations. And then I thought of “squish.” So now she comes over to “squish mommy!” really fast, because she knows I have treats by the bed for it.

But I was curious! What words do y’all use for similar things?
