Bad Survey Customers
When you get a bad survey from a customer, how do you handle it?
Do you not work on the customers car in the future, do you message them and tell them that their survey screwed you? Do you kill them with kindness the next visit.
I was always told it’s not worth the breath to contact the customer.
What’s the best route to take?
We have a customer that the last 3 times they got their car serviced, they bombed the advisor all 3 times. Management won’t do a thing because they spend money.
