oral sex during chronic yeast infection?

hello i'm 19F and suffered from chronic yeast infections and finally got prescribed a 3 month long treatment I am meeting my boyfriend next week and I wanted to know if there's any health concerns regarding him going down on me I've read a little and you can get thrash apparently? so I'm a little concerned and embarrassed, I dont really want to tell him I have chronic yeast infections thank you!
