My fiancé is unable to complete sperm collection

So I had the procedure to harvest my eggs prior to my treatment. Extremely painful. My fiancé told me he would do embryo freezing so that we have a greater chance to have kids later. Today was his appointment to collect sperm and he told me he couldn’t do it. He said he is unsure of this now and wants to wait till later and I told him I want the embryos done as soon as possible—he told me that he can’t do it.

I asked him what he meant by this and apparently he cannot orgasm and he spent 45 minutes trying to get one in the building. He’s embarrassed and doesn’t want to go back. I called to see if we could do it at home and they told me the specimen wouldn’t be as high quality but we could try. If the embryo fails, we’d have to go through this again and pay thousands of dollars.

I asked the clinic if I could go in with him and they said it’s against policy to let two people in the room but they would talk to management. He says this is the only way he will do it. We spent so much to get testing and everything done and now this is happening. I’m frustrated and I want this to work. What do I do?
