What's your "scary age" and have you reached it yet?

I am currently on my millionth rewatch of the series and in season 4, episode 11- Carrie and Miranda when are at the doctor for Miranda's abortion, Miranda mentions her "scary age" is 43 and Carrie says her's is 45.

What about you? When's your "scary age" and have you hit it yet? Is it scary?

Mine is 40 and I just turned 38. Yes, it's still 40. Ooof.
