Overthinking wife - Advice

My wife (35f) and I(35M) were having a conversation about our sex life and she said she tends to overthink during sex, she said she thinks of all different things. How can I get her out of her own head and In the moment? When she lets herself go the sex is amazing but it’s usually mediocre and hard for me to finish. Any advice is appreciated.
