Favorite Shadowdark Genre Hacks

I am picking up SD again having not played it in a while and I noticed that there are more genre/system hacks of the rules system. Especially if you have played or run any of these, I'd love to know which are the most successful (or not). Examples: Junkers, Rad World, Star Dark, etc.
