Can i transfer from Sheridan's 2 yr Business Accounting program (Ontario College Diploma) to UofT's 4 yr Bachelors of Commerce program (Bachelor's Degree)?

Was hoping to transfer from Sheridan's 2 yr Accounting program in which I receieve a Ontario College Diploma (NOT Advanced Diploma), to UofT's 4 yr Bachelors of Commerce program in which I would receieve a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, in hopes of becoming a CPA one day.

Was wondering if possible, pls let me know. :)
