ASM schedule

I’ve given my assistant countless opportunities to make his own/the schedule for the store, showed him how to do it multiple times. Still he refuses, yet gets upset when I make it and schedule him for mostly closes/ weekends. He’s the only other key holder I’ve had in a 1.7 mil store for over a year now. Plus he’s an MT straight out of college who’s never had real job before this. Meanwhile, I’ve been with the company for 6 years and have been closing/working weekends for as long as I’ve had a key. Entitlement at its finest.
