How bad is it. Be honest

I got a shitty tattoo. My friends keep saying it’s not that bad but I’m devastated. AND ONE SAID IT LOOKS LIKE WINONA RYDER IN BEETLEJUICE LIKE BE SO FR. I know when I first got it it was so so so so so so so so bad. I got it fixed, and I still hate it. 1st pic is when I first got it. 2nd pic is after I had it fixed. 3rd pic is it fully healed. I have no idea how to fix it, or if it can even be fixed.
