Shopify Capital - Recent Experience?

Has anyone used (or is anyone currently using) Shopify Capital? I've seen some topics on this board but nothing recent (most from 1 to 4 years old). I'm interested in hearing fresh feedback, both good and bad, as we contemplate a Shopify Capital loan.

The attractive part of Shopify Capital is the fixed fee. Our current business credit card APR is ridiculous - around 24 APR%. Due to the nature of our business, we always have a balance - sometimes it's huge and sometimes it's not-so-huge. But there is always a balance and therefore always an interest charge. With a Shopify Capital loan, we'd eliminate that evil fee. For additional clarification, we're considering the lowest loan amount with the 10% repayment (the other options are 17% and 25%, which we're not at all interested in).
