what are you addicted to buying?

i realized i had a shopping problem when i bought over 30 expensive ass plushies in a month and put my one credit card into 4k in debt (4k is literally the limit). if i wouldn’t have hit the credit limit, i probably would’ve kept buying. that, plus depleting my checking account buying random shit from amazon with no regard for my bills, proved to me i have a shopping addiction. i’m wondering what everyone else is addicted to buying, if i’m even allowed to ask this question on this subreddit. not trying to encourage shopping at all, just curious what your vice is.

edit: reading everyone’s comments has made me realize i’ve had a problem for much longer than i thought. i relate to so many of these, and have hyperfixated and cycled through many different vices. we are strong and can move past this.
