Grow kit in a bag mushroomsupplies.com

Has anybody used the mushroom supplies .com grow kit in a bag I was thinking of trying but it says to use a full 10ml syringe of spores when I was using uncle bens tek I only needed one ml per bag do you really need to use a whole string for these ?
