Looking for a racing cockpit $300 or less

I've been looking around for a racing cockpit for under $300 with seats. I currently have a wheel stand from GT Omega, and I saw their Art Cockpit with a racing chair for around $300, but then shipping is an additional $175, which is going to be way too much for me.

I started looking on Amazon and saw some offbrand ones from Dadroo and Anman and was wondering if anyone knows anything about these? Is it essentially the sim cockpits as branded ones, just off brand?

I saw an Anman one that's an aluminum profile, with a racing seat, and a triple monitor stand for $700, which would essentially be around how much I'd spend if buying the seat and stand separately from a cockpit.
